Krista Pederson founded BrightHaven to fill a clear gap in the market. She saw that displaced families and traveling professionals deserved better than the sterile, cookie-cutter environment of extended-stay hotels.
The vision was simple: provide real homes—fully furnished, thoughtfully maintained, and ready to provide true comfort from the moment guests walk through the door.
What started as a dedicated local effort has grown into a comprehensive network of properties serving clients across the country.
Today, we partner seamlessly with insurance carriers, TPAs, and corporate relocation teams. Yet, even as we expand, our foundational commitment remains—every placement is handled with the personal, relationship-first care that defined our very first home.
Our adaptable, nationwide housing network is built to serve a diverse range of clients. Whether coordinating complex corporate assignments or supporting individuals in transition, we provide fully furnished, move-in ready environments that offer stability and comfort when it matters most.
For insurance adjusters, TPAs, and corporate relocation managers seeking immediate, premium placements. We provide a seamless experience from request to move-out, handling every detail so your clients can simply arrive.
